• Mostafa leads a very well experienced and energetic dispute resolution team.

• Prior to establishing ALPHA ADVISORS, Mostafa served as a military investigator for 3 years, then a public prosecutor for 8 years.

During his professional career, he has represented multinational and national organizations and firms working in various
industries, including but not limited to, military related issues, construction, real estate, manufacturing disputes and
annulment and enforcement of domestic and international arbitral awards issued primarily by CRCICA and the ICC, the
Dubai International Arbitration Centre, and the DIS.

• Representing clients of foreign, local companies or individuals before civil, commercial and criminal courts.

• Managing Project Developments in lieu of investors.

• Representing clients in cyber-crimes, white collar crimes affecting corporate activity and implementing criminal rulings.

• He has wide experience using alternative dispute resolution methods where appropriate to achieve the best results for his clients, including commercial mediation and arbitration.
