Amr is the chairman at ALPHA ADVISORS with more than 16 years of legal experience in Egypt and

the Gulf area. Prior to establishing ALPHA ADVISORS, Amr served as a counselor at the State

Lawsuits Authority for more than 10 years and as a legal counsel in top-tier law firms in Egypt and

UAE.

During his professional career, he represented the Arab Republic of Egypt in many critical disputes in which he played

essential roles in defending the State

s interests. He also represented the Egyptian State in some international disputes and

reserved its interests.

Amr has represented many multinational corporations and excellency individuals in their disputes inside the Egyptian

territory and the Gulf area

He is experienced in various industries, including but not limited to, oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, real estate,

commercial disputes and annulment and enforcement of domestic and international arbitral awards.
