He has been involved in number of the major transactions in He assists clients in reviewing and drafting commercial agreements such as technology transfer, share sale and purchase, shareholders agreements, EPC agreements, service agreements, manufacturing, franchising agreements, construction, IP transfer agreements, Employment and others. He has particular expertise in relation to the banking and project finance sectors.
Mohamed`s practice also includes advising on Oil and Gas contract negotiation, commitments and conclusion, full range of supply chain contracts, International petroleum tendering regimes, cross-border transactions, commercial disputes, company’s corporate governance structure and policies, board and committee function and process and related topics.
Mohamed has vast experience in establishing all kinds of companies and advising on the regulatory and compliance regulations and requirements in Egypt with regard to the requirements of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, The Financial Regulatory Authority, the General Organization for Export and Import Control and all other governmental authorities. Mohamed used to advise clients on day-to-day inquiries related to their business inside the Arab Republic of Egypt. He also served as a counsel for multinational companies and organizations working in the GULF area.
