• He has more than 11 years of experience in tax matters. He was working for tier one Audit firms in Egypt for more than 7 years, and ATC Tax Consultation for 4 years.

• Faculty of Commerce Cairo University, English section, Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
• Mohamed is a Chartered Accountant.
• He is a member of the Egyptian Society of Taxation.
• He is a member of the Egyptian Association of Tax Experts.

• Mohamed has extensive experience in a wide variety of taxation, companies’ formations, social insurance, in various industries including trading, manufacturing, construction, pharmaceutical and oil & gas industries in Egypt. In addition;

• Participated in Tax Authority Automation Project for Business Process Re-Engineering.

• Participated in CORE Taxation Project related to implementing the new system and the automation of Egyptian Tax Authority – one of Ministry of Finance projects.

• Participated in Business to Customers (B2C) e-receipt project.

• Participated in various tax planning assignments, tax health check and tax due diligence assignments.

• Conducted several tax due diligence reports including the tax situation, disputes history, expected tax liability and highlighting the associated tax risks.

• He attends several tax trainings courses and seminars in Egypt and abroad.
